Nicholas Cron’s commercial practice focuses on the representation of closely held businesses in merger and acquisitions, contract review, drafting employment agreements, business contract terms and conditions, succession planning, estate planning and probate.

He has represented businesses in manufacturing, transportation, international humanitarian aid, computer based technology, construction, mechanical contracting, home health care, medicine, nursing, veterinary medicine, accounting, commercial and residential real estate, fitness, communications and various non-profits.

Nick is licensed in Florida where he focuses on probate and real estate for Ohio residents with connections in Florida.

Nick prides himself on his focus and diligent attention to the needs of his clients. He is known for his accessibility, promptness and thoughtful attention his client’s problems, with attention to cost effectiveness.

Nick joined RCMTZ in 1992 and became a shareholder in 1993. Nick brought to the firm his extensive background in the representation of closely held businesses, which he gained as a partner at Gressley, Kaplin & Parker.

Nick was named served as Secretary Treasurer of the firm in 1993, and has continued to expand his commercial, tax and estate practice. In 1999 he took and passed the Florida bar and has been a member in good standing since, focusing on probate and real estate mostly for Ohio residents with connections in Florida.

In 2011 and 2012 he was elected Chairman of the Toledo Chamber of Commerce. He still serves on the Board of Trustees for the Chamber. He has been active in the Chamber for many year serving on many committees and as chairman of the small business division of the Chamber (TASBA).
