Nicholas J Cron is an attorney licensed in both Ohio and Florida. Based in both Ohio and Florida, he is a shareholder in the law firm of Rohrbachers Cron Manahan Trimble & Zimmerman, with offices in Toledo, OH and Columbus, OH.

Nick brings more than 40 years experience practicing law. His expertise is in commercial law with a focus on the representation of closely held businesses in merger and acquisitions, contract review, drafting employment agreements, business contract terms and conditions, succession planning, estate planning and probate.

In Florida Nick’s law practice focuses on probate, estate planning and real estate. In the 16 years he has been licensed in Florida he has represented out of state residents in the transfer of their timeshares, condominiums and residential real estate through sales and estate transfers. He has probated over 75 estates in Florida in more than 10 different Florida counties. In 2014 and 2015 he prepared and presented a webinar for the Ohio State Bar Association titled “What Every Lawyer Should Know About Florida Estate Planning.”
